Shipping Policy

We dispatch orders within two working days of receipt. Delivery times depend on the courier service and specific postal codes, with an average transit time of seven working days from the dispatch date. Delivery may take up to ten working days for smaller towns and villages.

Please note that shipping times can be affected by natural events, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances that disrupt logistics. Unless specified otherwise, all orders are shipped via ground (surface) courier. An estimate of shipping charges will be provided during the checkout process.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

CUSTOMER can cancel their orders before dispatch. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. Cancellations are not accepted for orders that have already been shipped. For assistance, please email us at support@moringoorganics.in.

Product Return & Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality products; however, if you change your mind after receiving your order, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange it for a similar item within 7 days from the purchase date.

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Moringo to initiate a return. This RMA must be included with your return for processing. Please follow these steps for returns:

  1. Ship the items to the address provided by Moringo Customer Service along with your RMA.
  2. Include a copy of the invoice with the RMA reference and reason for return.
  3. Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging and a saleable condition. We only accept returns if the product seal remains intact.

Upon return, our quality team will inspect the item and confirm its eligibility for a refund. Returns should be sent to Moringo and we recommend using DTDC, Blue Dart, or Professional Couriers with tracking, as the customer bears all risks associated with return shipping. If the product is not received at the Moringo Office the CUSTOMER is responsible for tracking the shipment, and no refund will be issued. CUSTOMER is also responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Product Replacement Policy

If you receive an item that is damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, or if there are missing units as per your order:

  1. Please take a video and photos while unboxing the package as proof.
  2. Do not break the seal if you have doubts about the product's authenticity.
  3. Please note that we cannot accept returns or replacements once the product seal is broken.
